The flow of our show isnt bad as we have a good back and forth with the presenters to keep our listeners engaged and intrested, which fits with the conventions of this type of radio show, however i think the flow couldv'e been improved if we had crowd soursed more experienced voice actors to present our radio show as i think they wouldve had a better back and forth. I belive that this show dose forfill what we set out to make as the content and laguage used is appropriately local an will appeal to the set out target audience.
By comoaring our show to the BBC 1 breakfast show it thing the flow wouldbe been prodominately helped and carried if there was a more up beat nature to the presenters tome of voice as i notices in my LO1 work that the convention of a breakfast show was that there is a very up beat tone, and i think that ome of our presenters lacked this.
When recording we noticed the audio levels for some of our vocals were very different as some were very loud and some spoke slightly quieter making some listeners sound over bearing, however we over came this by editing our audio levels using adobe audition we were ablw to fix that by altering the gain of the audio,
Strengths
I have identified that the strengths of our radio show is that the content of the show is very will aimed towards our intended target audience and i think that they will definitely find these issues rateable and engaging.
Weaknesses
I have identified the weaknesses of our radio show, which are that the sports section doesn't include a lot about local sports teams or events and the back and forth between the the presenters could be helped by interviewing and sourcing presenters so that they have a more natural dialogue and would better fit the conventions of our radio show and will keep the listener interested throughout the show.
Changes and amendments
As i a said before if i was to do this again i would have the radio presenters be crowd sorced using star now to achive a better flow and to allow avoid empty space or any mumbling. I would also change the content of the sports section as it dosent refer to any local sporting achivements, which would better suit a local radio show.
